Adrian Simpson

Adrian is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and a full Member of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).

He is Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at QA Scheme Support Services (QASSS). QASSS owns and operates a number of consumer protection schemes in the home improvement sector.

Prior to this role he was Service Director at CTSI where he managed the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme and the National Business Education Service.

Adrian’s previous roles have included senior positions within consumer protection including managing a multi-disciplinary team of food safety and trading standards officers.

Adrian brings substantial experience of viewing home improvements from the consumer perspective.
