Laura Knox, said to be a shopaholic, film fan and would-be marathon runner who likes to socialise, has joined the permanent staff at the Bathroom Manufacturers Association. She has taken on the new role of BMA membership development executive.

A university graduate, she is already making her mark in the busy Keele-based offices and  knows that no two days will ever be the same again!

Laura says: “I’m really excited. I have always been really interested in working in marketing and this job spec is jam packed. I’m going to get first-hand experience and really get involved. Sounds like it going to be a challenge from the word go.”

At university, Laura studied German and business studies. She has moved to Stoke and has already started training for her first marathon.

The BMA, based at Keele’s Innovation Centre, is the trade association for bathroom manufacturers operating in the UK.  It is the principal ‘Voice of the Bathroom Industry’ and acts as an information highway between industry, government and the consumer on issues that affect the bathroom business.

BMA holds its major Annual Bathroom Conference 8-9 October at the Crown Plaza Heythrop Park, Enstone, Oxfordshire.
