RISA offer independent and impartial inspection and auditing services to the glazing and construction industries in line with relevant legislation and standards.

It is a UKAS-accredited Type A Inspection Body and the sole provider of inspection services for FENSA, the replacement window and door industry’s largest and longest established competent person scheme.

The RISA team provides coverage throughout England and Wales and collectively can call upon hundreds of years of industry experience. RISA assessors provide conclusive reports to deliver a competitive edge in quality and compliance. Supported by a bespoke in-house database built by Borough IT, RISA conducts several thousand cost-effective assessments annually, helping to maintain standards across the construction industry.

RISA also offer Expert Witness advice on domestic window and door installation disputes. We act either as a single joint expert or as a party appointed expert and produce a high quality report in line with the Civil Procedure Rules for expert witnesses.
